Can I use my physical SIM at the same time?

Yes! You don’t need to remove your regular SIM. Use your Roamsim for data and switch off roaming on your main line to avoid unexpected charges.

Managing Plans & Payments

What happens if I run out of data?

No worries! Just top up your plan via the My eSIMs page. Since all plans are prepaid, your service stops when your data runs out — no surprise charges.

Will I be charged if I go over my data?

Nope! Roamsim plans are 100% prepaid. Once you’ve used all your data, your service stops.

Can I pause my plan after activating it?

No. Once activated, your plan will run continuously until the data expires or is fully used. We recommend activating only when you’re ready to use it.

Can I renew or extend the data on my eSIM?
